To analyze reports where players claim that a bonus or feature failed to trigger despite valid conditions.

How-To Guide

1 Request Details:

- Request Game ID, Round ID, Player ID, timestamp, and feature name.

2. Log Review

- Access Admin → Monitoring → Game Logs.

3. Outcome Validation for the player

- Verify it by the replay option; it will show you the content of the last rounds played by the player

Go to the Replay tab

Click on view 

4. **Operator Action**

• If the issue persists, collect player details and report the case to Big Daddy Technical Support (support@bigdaddy-gaming.com).
