Autoplay / Buttons Not Working

Purpose

To handle cases where specific game buttons or autoplay features do not function.

Steps

  1. Check if the feature is restricted under the player’s jurisdiction.

  2. Verify the issue across different browsers.

  3. Ask the player to clear cache and retry.

Report

If not resolved, share the following details to support

  • Jurisdiction

  • Player ID

  • Game ID / Name

  • Screenshot showing the issue


  • If the issue persists, collect player details and report the case to Big Daddy Technical Support (support@bigdaddy-gaming.com).
