Go to the Support Portal
Open your browser and visit: support.bigdaddygaming.com
Click on “Sign up”
On the top right corner (near Login), you should see a Sign up link/button.
Enter Your Details
Fill in the required information, usually:
Full Name
Email Address (make sure it’s active — you’ll need it to verify your account)
Password (create a strong password)
Verify You’re Not a Robot
Complete any CAPTCHA or verification check.
Confirm via Email
After signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Open it and click the verification link.
Log In
Once verified, go back to the support portal, click Login, and enter your email + password.
