Purpose
To report urgent and emergency issues for immediate attention.
Steps
Clearly describe the nature of your emergency in a message to BDG support or to your account manager.
Include all relevant details (e.g., Player ID, Round ID, timestamp, screenshots as applicable).
Mark the message as “URGENT” in the subject line/body.
Report
If no timely response, resend with “Escalation: URGENT” and contact your account manager directly. Please do Include:
All relevant details of your request
If the issue persists, report the case to Big Daddy Technical Support (support@bigdaddy-gaming.com).
