Go to the Support Page
Open: Big Daddy Gaming Support at https://support.bigdaddygaming.com/support/home.
Login or Create an Account (if needed)
If you already have credentials, click Login. If not, click Sign up to register. This is often required so that progress can be tracked.
Find “Submit a Ticket”
On the home page of the support portal there’s a link/button labeled “Submit a ticket”. Click that.
Fill Out the Ticket Form
When submitting, you’ll usually be asked to provide details like:
Subject / Title: A short summary of the issue (e.g. “Unable to purchase item”, “Game crash on startup”, etc.)
Description: Full details of the incident:
• What happened, when, and how.
• Steps to reproduce the issue (if applicable).
• Any error messages or screenshots (if possible).
Category / Topic: Choose the relevant area (billing, technical, community, etc.)
Your Contact Info: Email, username, etc.
Submit the Ticket
Once all required fields are filled, click Submit (or equivalent) to send the ticket to their support team.Receive Confirmation
You should get a confirmation email or an on-screen message indicating your ticket has been received. This usually includes a ticket number. Keep that number for follow-ups.
Track / Respond
You can check the status of your submitted tickets via the Tickets section (often “View all Tickets / My Tickets”) in the support portal. You may also receive follow-up questions from support; reply via the ticket so everything remains in one place.
