Network routing delays between the player’s region and Big Daddy servers may temporarily affect response time.
Browser or Device Overload:
Too many open tabs, background downloads, or low device memory can lead to performance drops.
Temporary Load on Operator Node or Jurisdiction Server:
Heavy concurrent sessions may momentarily slow down processing for certain jurisdictions or partners.
Operator Steps – How to Handle
Collect Essential Information:
Ask the player for the following details before reporting:Player ID:
Jurisdiction:
Country / Region:
Game ID / Game Name:
Timestamp of Issue (with Timezone):
Approximate Internet Speed (if known):
Screenshot / Video (if possible):
Log and Forward to Big Daddy Support:
Once the above details are collected, forward them to Big Daddy Technical Support (support@bigdaddy-gaming.com).
The support team will verify the logs, latency traces, and server metrics for the jurisdiction and revert with finding
