Connection Issues – Slow Gameplay / Delayed Spins

Purpose:
To guide operators in handling reports of slow game performance or delayed spins and ensure proper information is gathered for backend verification.


Common Causes

  1. Network Latency or Weak Internet Connection:

    • The player’s local internet speed or Wi-Fi connectivity can cause delayed spin responses or animation lag.

  2. High Ping / Server Latency:

    • Network routing delays between the player’s region and Big Daddy servers may temporarily affect response time.

  3. Browser or Device Overload:

    • Too many open tabs, background downloads, or low device memory can lead to performance drops.

  4. Temporary Load on Operator Node or Jurisdiction Server:

    • Heavy concurrent sessions may momentarily slow down processing for certain jurisdictions or partners.


Operator Steps – How to Handle

  1. Collect Essential Information:
    Ask the player for the following details before reporting:

    • Player ID:

    • Jurisdiction:

    • Country / Region:

    • Game ID / Game Name:

    • Timestamp of Issue (with Timezone):

    • Approximate Internet Speed (if known):

    • Screenshot / Video (if possible):

  2. Log and Forward to Big Daddy Support:

    • Once the above details are collected, forward them to Big Daddy Technical Support (support@bigdaddy-gaming.com).

    • The support team will verify the logs, latency traces, and server metrics for the jurisdiction and revert with finding
