Purpose
To handle requests for round logs or suspected discrepancies in gameplay results.
Steps
Use the export feature in the back office to download round logs.
BO->Monitoring-> Game Rounds-> Game rounds logs will show
Review the requested time period and game details.
If unavailable, contact support to generate logs.
Report
If not resolved, share the following details:
Player ID
Game ID / Name
Date Range
Operator Name
If the issue persists, collect player details and report the case to Big Daddy Technical Support (support@bigdaddy-gaming.com).
