Purpose
To request setup of a new brand under the operator account.
Steps
Submit a request via the Freshdesk or also send mail for approval to “erland.hellstrom@bigdaddygaming.com”.
Provide brand name, organization, currency, Max risk exposure and jurisdiction details.
Wait for confirmation from the business side.
If the issue persists, collect player details and report the case to Big Daddy Technical Support (support@bigdaddy-gaming.com).
