Purpose
To resolve login access issues (forgotten password or user ID).
Steps
If forgotten password:
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page; follow the instructions received.
If the login ID is forgotten:
Check your registered email for previous BDG communications or user setup emails.
If still not found, contact BDG support with the email id and other details.
