RNG / Game Sheet / Certification Requests

Purpose:
To assist operators with requests related to RNG certifications, game sheets, or game compliance documents for audits, licensing, or regulatory submissions.

How to Request These Documents

1. Submit a Formal Request:

   • Contact your Big Daddy Account Manager or Support Team via email or support ticket.

   • Clearly mention the list of games, certification type, and jurisdictions for which documents are required.

   • Example:

“Please share the RNG certificates and PAR sheets for Game IDs “bdg9231” for the MGA and UKGC jurisdictions.”

2. Verification & Approval Process:

   • The request will be reviewed by the Big Daddy Business and Compliance teams.

   • Once approved, the relevant documentation will be prepared.

3. Delivery of Documents:

   • All certificates, RNG validations, and game sheets will be shared via official email from the Big Daddy compliance department.

   • Documents are not accessible directly via the admin or back office.

4. Retention & Confidentiality:

   • These documentations are confidential in nature and protected by IPR.

   • Operators must store these documents securely.

   • Do not share externally unless required by a regulator or authorized authority.
