Purpose

To help operators resolve game rounds that appear stuck or incomplete.

Steps

1. Check if the game auto-resolves after a short time.

2. If not, you may settle from BO-> Monitoring-> Game Rounds ->select the Round ID-> open the Round-> click on Settle-> it will show you a Pop-up.-> click on Yes (if you are sure ) 

3. Verify that the state successfully updates from Waiting Finish -> End.

Report

If not resolved, share the following details:

• Player ID

• Game ID

• Round ID

• Screenshot (if applicable)

• If the issue persists, collect player details and report the case to Big Daddy Technical Support (support@bigdaddy-gaming.com).
