Purpose

To resolve stuck or unfinished game rounds that prevent session completion or payout processing.

How-To Guide

1. Identify the Round

- Request Game ID, Player ID, Round ID, and timestamp from the player.

2. Check Game State

- Navigate to Admin → Reports → Game Rounds → Search by Round ID/Player ID.

Click on game rounds, then paste the copied player ID to the player ID section

NOTE: WE SHOULD ADD THESE STATES WHILE SEARCHING FOR ROUNDS

  Change the filter settings to “ WAITING_FINISH” .

 Click on the view of all the pending rounds .

 Settle the round and you are good to go . 

3. **Confirm Payout**

- Once resolved, verify the player’s wallet balance matches the game outcome.
